Frm the FNG. Can anyone please show me what this part looks like? It goes under the cross member, slides onto u-bolts to keep leaf spring in place. I have the bracket but there'a a 3/4 inch gap. Is something missing?
    Thanks.

Sounds like you're missing a few spring leaves. What type of axle/spring pack are you running? How many leaves? You can build a spacer block to take up the extra space.

If you flip it over does it take up the space? There are some of the spring plates that are not just flat, if you put them on one way they are tight flip them and there is a gap. not sure if yours is like that but just thought I'd through it out there....

You can also use the springs that you took out. Just cut out the center 6 inches or so to use them as a spacer. It helps if you run the center spring bolt thru them also.

Wow, I feel like a complete idiot. I forgot I took 2 springs out. Thanks all for the input, I like Rustrodder's suggestion. I think I'll do that.
