one quick question. whats it called when you pie-cut your wishbones for a better turning radius? i posted a pic to try to show what im talking about...
ok.... since NO one has responded I hereby declare that everyone in the hot rod community will now refer to them as BENT WISHBONES!!!!!!
It takes me a football field to turn my car, I was planning on different wheels instead of doing that though.
I don't care for them my self. But the tire combo I'm running is in good proportion to the rest of the car so I'm willing to have some ugly bones if it allows me to run my current tires.

What tires and wheels? Should be no reason to cut the bones. Many cars touch at full lock but it is a moot point, we are not driving sprint cars.
I have 600's on the front of my model A. I love the way my wishbones look. I suffer through the shitty turning radius. Fuckers behind me can wait til I'm done turning. I'm in a HOT ROD dammit!
I would move the mounting point inward where the bones attach at the rear if possible before ever doing that.
"whats it called when you pie-cut your wishbones for a better turning radius?" thats called "incorrect design" what offset wheels are you running? I have a huge negative offset on mine, and I never hit them.
