Customs Front upper bumper - Paul Tracy's Merc

Anyone out there familiar of what car bumper(s) was used to make the upper bumper in Paul Tracy’s Custom ‘51 Merc?
Look’s like a ’55 Pontiac upper bumper with an added bullet but not sure from what car that bullet came from.
