I talked with 50Ford aka Keven about this yesterday and I think we're going to go. Probably not going to enter the "car show"...but might have our own show in the parking lot with some beers.

The concert part is free isn't it? I'll definitely try to get there before Mikey "he'd do it for us" Creager and the Susan's go on.

I am not planning on "entering" the actual show either...
We (HAMBERS) need to all get our own space at the show.... whether it's inside the show grounds or outside in the parking area... I don't care either way....
Do we want to organize a meet-up spot somewhere near the show spot in order to all roll in together and decide where we are gonna park....???
I have heard from several people that plan on going, so we will probably need a good size space for us hoodlums....

If I can make it out...I will gladly accept that beer on Elrod's behalf! Looks like it will be a good show at least music wise, and then the car show depending on how many of us show up.

Bass, as far as I know.. everything about this show is free.. music, car show enterance, beer... wait, I doubt the beer is free...
    B, double E, double R, U, N Beerrun!

Kustoms.. it is from 11AM to midnight... so if'n you show up at 4, you still got plenty'o drinkin time left!

I was thinking about getting there @ 1:30-ish....

Yeah 1:00-1:30 sounds about right. I think Keven told me that car show entry was $20.

If the car show is free to enter I see no reason not to.

Ok I just noticed that you listed the link at the top of this thread.

I looked at the car show entry form and it's $20 to enter. And I also noticed that they've got 'car classes' for pre-49 and then '50-55. Are '49 models not allowed? Retards.

Looks like I'm destined for the parking lot.

I'll probably show up for the earlier part, It's prom night though, so i gotta go get fancied up and take the ex-lady out to dance. I'd rather see the Rev, but I already spent to much F-in money on a tux. Maybe I'll just wear the tux to the car show instead.

Once word gets around that the famous "Hudson Kid" is showing up, then they'll probably roll out the red carpet.

You better add a couple more carbs so that you'll really wow 'em when you open the hood for the "Showcase" (tm).

I plan on going to the show along with HankCash and crew. Inside or out does not matter. If it was back in the day, we would not have to pay to enter. Maybe I need to charge people to look at the gapping rust hole in my el co's bed !
Hank keep me informed on whats up since I will be in Jersey thru thursday night.

waiting for my water pump to show up, then the other day my carb started leaking from the bowl gasket....maybe a holley electric pump is too much? Still need shocks too.

Rev.. you running an electric pump???
You only need about 2-3 lbs of pressure for the 94 carb...
Are you running a pressure regulator????
If not, you need to be....

Well, if you are still forgetting to yank the speaker wire off of the battery to shut off the electric fuel pump after you are done driving, it's going to leak out of the bowl! [IMG]

Or... you could just put a new mechanical fuel pump on the side of the block. Those work well, too.

Yeah no pressure regulator, and by the way I have the 6, so it's not a 94, but some single-shooter. Yes I unplugged the pump smartass. That's another thing I need to wire correctly.
