Finally got around to updating the fuel lines for my coupe.
I know this is a little OT with the style of joints but the look of the other options that are out there this seemed the best one.
When I built the car I used 3/8 metal pipe for the main lines and rubber hose with clamps for all the joints and brass pipe fittings the same thing I have been using for years building cars.

This has worked great for 7 years now but the hoses are starting to harden up with the exposure to Ethanol. Now is the time to change everything before I get fuel leaks and other problems.

I took a look around at new fuel lines I wanted to get USA made parts since I have seen issues hoses made offshore. TechAFX looked have a great Teflon lined hose that looks like the old rubber hoses that I used. Quick trip to the web site and ordered all the connectors and hose I needed.

When all parts arrived I laid out the connectors, fuel pump, fuel filter and the fuel block to plan where everything would go.

Once the plan was laid out it time to make the new hoses. The hoses were not difficult to make only managed to stab myself a couple of time on the stainless mesh.

Now I have fuel lines with no worries about the effects of Ethanol. Just got to keep an eye on the rubber in the fuel pump and the Carb.
