I'm going to install an inline fuel pressure regulator and an inline fuel filter.
does it matter which order they are installed ? Is it regulator first after the fuel pump(mechanical), and then filter, or vice versa, or does it matter? Thanks for any info.

Install fuel filter first it'll keep dirt out of regulator.

  3. Holley recommends running the filter before the pump.

Be sure and install a good quality ball check valve so you can turn the gas off for maintenance on fuel pump or filter.

    In order:

    Gas tank.
    Ball valve.
    Filter.
Fuel pump - electric or mechanical.
    Carb.

I actually have a fuel filter on the line outside of tank then the electric pump. Then another before regulator then fuel block into carbs.
