Hey guys, so I bought a sending unit compatible with the socal speed shop gauges I got, and a friend of mine is going to hook them up for me, but the problem I'm facing is how do I set it up inside my tank? This is my first project and I'm super lost, I want to save my friend the trouble of setting it up since he is taking care of running all the electrical for me, help![IMG]

put the pivot about half way up the tank, and make the arm long enough that the float will just touch the bottom of the tank at the lower end of travel, and just touch the top at the upper end of travel.

    Stick on float
Stick in empty (you did empty it?)tank
If the float hits either shorten it or bend it
Check for full float position to make sure it shows full, but hold full until it drops to half full
You can check with a jumper against the tank.
