I wanna give a non swing arm fuel sending unit a go. Of these two types offered from Tanks Inc. Which have you had experience with? Pro’s and Con’s of both types is what I’m after.

This will would be for a 32 Ford (p***enger) stock style fuel tank.

I have the floatless. It is not reading correctly. Reading low in my opinion.

Johnny, did you read the instructions for the fuel gauge interface unit that they offer? Seems pretty straightforward. There's even a way to adjust for odd shaped tanks.

    Ohm matching isn’t the question.

I've recently heard of the existence of a laser based unit by Holley, but it might not be a new invention as I'm not exactly in the loop of new products. However, what I've heard they don't seem to work well with 32 type, non flat bottomed tanks. Seems like a clever idea, if you can get over the idea of lasers and fuel!

I have the floatless in my '32 tank. It works great and is accurate.
Order the longest one that will fit without touching the bottom of tank.

The Tube one with black top might not fit , tank & floor pan ,
Its tight fit for EFI pump in tank , I had to use Aerospace / Aviation very tight radius fittings ,
If you order the flat Flang one shown
I would mock / test before install so if does not do what you want you can send back.
I for me best not being OEM Ford
Original I use swing arm 4 cars , rake plays apart on reading.
I have arm / Float set side to side ,
@ 1/4 on gauge I have around 2.5 ish gallons in tank on with 14 gal tank,
I tried that module the way I thought it worked you could program it for the gallons in the tank to calibrate the gauge but that's not its intentions unless they changed design in the last five years

It’s a Tanks Inc 11 gallon tank that I already have and aftermarket 0-30 ohm gauge . No EFI here!

I was just mentioning the EFI pump
For 32 will not just bolt in , the
Top inlet plate is tall like the black Tube Float shown , hits stock floor pan & tank in stock location & on a sedan mods needed on rear pan brace of body
