I need to find a repop or a good used tank for a 54 Ford crestliner. So some direction would be nice.

There is a place called Joes Antique Auto parts that has 54 gas tanks. Don't know anything about them, but from a posting on another site a buyer said he was having trouble fitting a gas cap and that you have to change the sending unit to a SW because of the size of the hole. Don't have any number or location.

  4. I have a place by me that can hot tank and coat any fuel
tank if it just has pin holes.

You can pick up your motor when you come up too. :)

    Tyler,

Ditto what Tyler said. You guys figure out which is which.

Call some of the local radiator shops. There is a great one here that will boil and coat a tank for $100. or $140. to do the outside as well.

But like TZ said, this is not good for anything larger than a pin hole.

Are you against a poly tank? No idea if anyone makes it or not. Just asking.

There is a company called "Tanks Alot" that I got the poly tank for the 41 from.
