Technical Fuelish Mistake

I was kinda hinting about moving them up( the rod's) on the radiator....... They fit into the rad itself, why couldn't they just be moved up a tad with a plate with re-located slot's......? Seem's if it it didn't interfere with the hood, things would be golden?

 

I never made it out to the garage tonight. Got home from work feeling a bit under the weather. Ill check it out tomorrow guys. Thanks.

 

Agree, S bend at rod front ends. A neat mount with insulator bushes would be OK
