Technical Full car replacement wiring harness

I should add a couple of things.

1. Get a very good pair of wire strippers and crimpers
2. Get the best terminals quality wise you can find
3. Use quality shrink tube (color is up to you)
4. Leave a little extra wire in the harness somewhere, just in case an end get screwed up in the future. Not a full loop...just a little extra. No one wants to see an extra **** connector when your wire is too short
5. Twist ties (like on food products) make good temp harness holders
6. Everything is customizable to your needs. That's why I like either the Rebel kit or build your own from Del City because even the fuse panel doesn't need to be big for a small circuit car.

 

I've used Ron Francis wiring kits for the past 3 cars I rewired and they work great. They have several different types available and the fuse panel allow a lot of customization.

 

I just search 9 or 12 or 16 circuit wiring kit on amazon. Got a kit with plenty of thick wire. And the wires are all labeled like the Painless kits. Was like $160. Probably a bit more now.

 

I used one in my Ford, they modified a couple of things @ no charge. The instruction book was excellent.

 

Their stuff looks promising, but no mention of the wire quality beyond the jacket. Is it pure copper or copper clad?

I believe is it pure copper. I know they do all their own wire labeling in house which is kinda cool. and i thing they could have the possibility for custom text. And i know they have cloth wire and an option or is coming as an option.
