Okay what are you guys using for a exhaust system on your 55 chevy? Stock frame but we have a power rack set up. 20180119_083003.jpg 20171128_164534.jpg 20180131_094747.jpg 20171021_131510.jpg We are using ramhorns. I haven't bought anything yet we have a 383 with a 700R4 and a 55 rear. We are doing a frame swap. Here are a few pictures because we all love pictures:D

That's like asking what wall do we put the bed against honey? Drop the motor and trans in and sit the body on and start plumbing.

I figured with all the tri stuff out there I should be able to buy a nice kit that work with the ramhorns. I want to install the exhaust before the body if possible I can't see why it would be a problem.

I don't know about that with the rack. A kit would serve well for out back because it all seems still stock (in style) because things can get tight back there as well. Maybe an after market rear section and muffler shop (or home built) front section is the best way to go?

    Mine.
    2 1/2" to 2 1/4" tailpipes w/ Super 44 Flowmasters
    Tight fit over the axle.
    Hate tips under the bumper.

And over the spring! I've thought of doing that. How's the clearance in relation to suspension travel?

    Stock location.
My exhaust guy attempted 2 1/2" tailpipes but it just wasn't happening.
    No travel issues.
Had to two-piece the tailpipes to install.
A good exhaust guy can do just about anything. Cheaper than a prefabbed kit.
    $250 using my mufflers. 20180209_220451.jpg 20180209_220511.jpg 20180209_220530.jpg 20180209_220537.jpg
