  5. Eric, it was not too bad. keep the valance handy and have the decklid mounted. You will need those to tweak as all bodies are different. It came out really well though. You will have to drill your holes for the valance also. Gonna be keeping up with your build. Good luck, Kenny

Great looking build are you keeping the gravel shields or would you be willing to part with them?

Well little progress today. I got the 69 Camaro rear put in place and then decide since I had everything apart I might as well drop the frame and clean it up. Got the interior removed so I could get access to the bolts for the body

Next on the list was getting the body unbolted from the frame. This wasn't as difficult as I thought it would be except for the two inside the car. The one on the drivers side was all corroded and the passenger side one was just a bitch. Luckily the grinder came in handy to knock the heads of the bolts off and then I used my punch to send them through. Anyways, frame is off and now I will start cleaning the frame and putting the Gambino Notch in place....

Looks great man, hope to see it out at the shows soon!

  23. The rendering looks like a great direction!!!

I'll jump on the safety bandwagon here a little and say that between the cinderblocks and the safety sandals, I am a little concerned. (I certainly don't want to sound like a worry wart or a nuisance, but the concerns come from learning lessons the hard way.):(

I would hate to see the next post announce an injury, or damage to the car...

    Sorry for the down note.

Back to the car...It's going to be VERY classy!!!

    Yeah Sam hopefully soon...

Thanks guys for the concern on the cinder blocks. I went out there and put some more supports under the car, definitely don't want anything to happen...,thanks

Eric looking good! You have the cinder blocks on the weak sides. You should always have the holes up and down!

Jeff, appreciate it didn't realize there was a weak side. I put some support jack stands under the car also for extra support..
