    I would remove the inner panels long before I would consider adding heat to the outside skin.
    With the inner panels removed, you have direct access to the outer skin. Those bent inner panels are probably interfering with you straightening the outer skin.

  4. Are you aware of special drills just for doing spot welds? They are like mini hole saws designed to go through just the top panel. They are priceless for a job like this.

  6. Park by a telephone pole and hook the come along to the pole with cable and then grab tge section nearest the dent and "Pull it out", it'll come out easy and then a little dolly and hammer and you'll be "SET"
