It's not very often that I get a chance to ride in a fun fast car any more, but today I did. My buddy Jeremy picked up a 63 Chevy Biscayne post car and went after it. He put a 383 stroker motor, a close ratio (unknown make to me) and a 480+- geared rear end. Damned cool looking ride, sits right and is pretty ordinary looking. Rally wheels, you know the look. Any way I stopped by his shop today and was checking out his ride and he says get in and we'll go for a ride. We got out on the highway and he kinda gets on it. DAMN! We pull in to fuel up and the we hit the highway again. We get to a fairly straight stretch and he nails it. DAMMMNNNN. It really got this old man fired up. This motor sounds absolutely badd asss. You young guns, if you get a chance to take some old fart like me for a ride, do it. This took me back thirty years. I loved it. Thanks Jeremy!!! Later, Dick
WHAT? No video (LOL). When I finished my '65 Biscayne, built 454 with a 6 speed and took my wife for a ride, we come to a stop sign. She said, "How far to the traffic signal?". I said a quarter of a mile. She said, "Hit it!". So I nail it and bang 2nd gear, then I realize people in the neighborhood know my car so I back out of it. I told my wife, you don't sh*t where you sleep.
