    A follow-up...

Driving down the highway for the first time with 4.11 gears (60mph/2600 RPM), I hear a sound like someone playing drums on an anvil with ball peen hammers. I pulled over and noticed very low oil pressure. As RPM came down, pressure came back. Slow rolled off the highway to an auto parts store and got oil. Was 3.5 quarts down on a 4.5 quart pan. PCV sucked it all out.
Longs story short, oiled it back up and disconnected the PCV hose...no discernable permanent damage. I have since installed my 3D printed "in-manifold" air oil separator and it works great! No oil loss on the highway at all.

Totally, thanks...there's probably a product opportunity in there too, but I'm not sure how much demand there is for something like this.
