History Funny newspaper clipping...

  1. At least they got stuff right, normally when you see an article in a paper or on the TV news, they will talk about some stupid kid's "1998 Nissan Hot Rod", or show a photo of a Model A with the caption "Burt Bumburglar's 1934 Hudson". I didn't realise this group of miscreants went back that far!

    Stopping here has become a major part of my day.
    For years I only lurked, I was leary of the tag, Hoodlum.
    Studying some stories, I came to realize,, yup thats me.
    If, when, my ( 4F ) status changes I shall be a tag owner.

    That was roughly when I found The Jalopy Journal, 13 or 14 years old. Mcphail's site and The journal certainly shaped my future!

    I’ll still never forget him posting a pic of himself setting on a bike without a s***ch of clothes on. Funny as hell and I think we were all aghast. :)
    Ryan you definitely were the catalyst to the resurgence. We can all be proud of being a part of it.

    I lived there between the ages of 10 and 14. A lot of my automotive instincts come from that time in my life.
