sweet - anyone ever try this stuff from them? http://www.jcwhitney.com/heat/sound-insulation/p2010475.jcwx
I just hope this isn't the start of a fad.Just look at what they've got them mounted on in the additional images. Paul
They are not bad, but,if you're gonna run dummy spots, buy the Kustom Kraft Appletons. Can't beat the look.
As for the heat shield, I've used Peel and Seal a number of times. Can be found at roofing supply centers. Has a 10 year warranty if exposed to the elements on a roof so it's got to be good when protected. The specs were very near if not exact to the stuff advertised for 3 to 4 times the cost.
yeha that pictures been in their catalog since that truck was new so the past 10-20 years, i think they just pulled an employs truck and threw one on for that picture
while your at it order some of that plastic food and a tray to hang on your window then paint musical notes and "lost in the 50's" on your quarter panel. they should all come in a set. that would make it easier. I'd rather glue a plastic turd on my hood than put dummy spots on my car.

Don't forget to get some... ...while you are at it. P.S. I ordered 4 sets of spots. I found a online discount code for free shipping. So I paid $50 for 8. I gaurantee you that I'll be able to take them to car shows this summer and sell them for $30 a set.
All you guys who knocked the look --get all you can from people that agree with you and send them to me. I'll be happy to take them off anyones hands
