Did some digging earlier, the part may be common between the big Ford and the same year T-Bird.

 

Sorry didn't have anything for you. 1961-64 are the same if that helps.

 

Talk to this guy, Doug at RPM Motorsports. I bought a bunch of Ford parts from him and I know he's sitting on a bunch of old Fords, not sure what years he has.
