I built and hand lettered this to look like the original.

IMG_20191104_173459787.jpg IMG_20191013_161001904.jpg IndyCar Speedway nose bought years ago. Finally worked on. Sanded about 4 paint jobs off down to bare carbon, I made wall mount, wing adjusters, and Gurney wickers. I had flames painted to match Dads truck, while it was getting some repairs done on the flames, then buried in clear. IMG_20191104_175448421.jpg Hung up next to traffic light I restored, and a buddy pinstriped flames on the sides, plus other cool s%#t!!

IMG_20180507_124842195.jpg IMG_20180319_133611077.jpg Made a whole bunch of roses and vases for all the special women in our family 2 yrs ago for Mothers Day. Copper and brass petals, powder coated mild steel everything else, ornamental iron store bought leaves. Then had a local artist/pinstriper put designs of flowers and butterflies, and a little personalization for each one. Very fun project to do, just being creative, but alot of work! If I had known I was going to build so many i would have had alot of the pieces waterjetted out to save time!! But they were a VERY big hit, and earned alot of brownie points with the gals!!!

Well, I'm not as artistic as some of you guys... painted this on the washroom door in my heated shop (recently reno'd from a hog barn). Since there is no toilet installed yet, I decided to call it a jim instead of a john. I feel so much better about myself now that I can go to the jim several times a day... DSCN5261.JPG

Mostly furnished with cast-offs... the counter top (made from church doors), window and drawers were salvaged from a local church that was tore down last fall. The doors under the sink came off our last barbeque, mirror off an old dresser DSCN5264.JPG ...

  21. Was afraid this stuff was gonna get trashed just laying around the shop, so, for safe keeping, I threw it together with some color changing LED lights inside. It's not pretty but it does start conversations. :p

I've made a couple of things for the shop. This Ford Service sign is two sided and is a 3/4 scale replica of the one that hung on the old dealership in my hometown, only mine doesn't have any neon tubes.

I only clean up and hang spare parts to keep myself from breaking them. :p

Been thinking about doing this for a while. Finally went for it. Apologizes to @Deuce Lover for stealing this idea. Not nearly as fancy as his 32 wall display but this is more appropriate for the Rusty Truck Orchard. wall1.jpg wall2.jpg wall3.jpg
