the Merc is amazing. Looking forward to the new Garage Magazine. I have always enjoyed it. I wish you the best of luck with the magazine.
hey jesse could you show some pics of the scalops on the merc up close, and the deck lid.they look sweet . i like the way they are not over done. very classy
God, what a stable of wonderful cars man. I guess if I had a shitpot full of $$$$ I'd be doin' the same thing. The Merc's beautiful, and I'm not that big of a Merc fan. It's the paint and bodywork that make a car, and that things glass smooth. That interior is really something too. That guys got talent. My wife and I made this door panel for my homegrown Duece today. Looks like shit compared to that, but after 8 years of driving this beast every day with no interior, it's a start........ On the other hand, I am a Duece Ford guy, and that roadster looks killer! Any more shots fo that anywhere?
Hey Jesse, Being an LBC hood rat, TV makes it seem like you didn't learn anything in school???? Give it up man, what teach did you learn this from??? that's some funny shit man.....I might have to steal this one from you, but don't worry, I give credit were credit is due.....
Huh? You can't say without any bias that his Merc. is nice, clean straight example regardless who built it? Wow.
Lot's of room for sheeps and such in that Merc when the front seat is out. I wish I could go to this party, have a good time you all.
The Merc looks killer, Jesse ! Now I'm just waiting for "Metal Church" to appear on Spike TV !! Any idea when it will arrive ??? Ever since I heard Fairless interview you on the Texas Hardtails radio show, I've been jonesing for some real metal working...hell I even have an English wheel and a planishing hammer ready to go right along with the show !! Rick
This will be my first Roundup trip with a rod. I'll definitely be stopping by Saturday evening. - Matt
the closest thing to a merc i will ever have is one that sits on a small shelf... and now that i have seen that thing... i will have to push mine to a dark corner... you put my toys to shame... you do amazing work man. credit where credit is due
Dude's already got himself a Hollywood Hottie and now he's out taking the best of the rest from us too? What a shame young man,...what a shame. Remember that gold 50 something Chevy you and the old timers built? Yea,...that was really cool...
OK then: so there will be a bigger and better magazine that I still won't receive after paying for it? And we'll still owe YOU an apology? At least if I turned over my cash for Rebel Rodz the kid at the news stand doesn't take my money and ignore me. If it includes my subscription money from a year ago with interest, or at least all the issues that never made it, I'll write you 20 words. Nice car anyway. Great work all around on it.
I was just going to lurk, but now I have to participate after these comments... Rebel Rodz??? Are you fucking serious??? You're joking... right??? Is there a camera somewhere??? Here's a nice website you should look into: http://forum.olskoolrodz.com/ I'm sure people will have 20 words for YOU now. Welcome to the HAMB. Now, what were we talking about? An excellent publication and an ASS party? Excellent. Carry on.
Scooter, Your funny man... You sooo wish you could go to this thing.... I just wish i was going in my sedan instead of my truck... Next year for my 2009 for a 1929 not so bad...
I say Jesse should have a reunion NLP WCC party just like the 'ol times. Ya I know it costs a pretty penny but, damn what a great time I always had. KNUX!
