I had to modify my gas neck to work and it required re welding it. When I first did it I kept running water through the neck until nothing seeped out of the weld but last night when I was filling it up I noticed that gas was seeping from the weld a little bit. Can anyone reccomend some kind of sealer I can apply? Or maybe I should try and reweld it.

  3. Poxy-Weld is a two part epoxy sealer/bonder that should work for you; you should be able to get it at Menards. It dries rock hard and should do the trick.

My buddy with a radiator shop recommends Red-Cote. I've been hearing bad things about the new gasoline and coatings though. Can you fix it without coating?
