   Hey guys...
   The gas tank plug on my 55 Ford Country Sedan wagon is leaking. Does that require a gasket?

   Mine on the 54 is pipe thread. Maybe a little thread tape. If your is leaking could it be the fitting where it mates with the tank and not the plug threads????
