With the gas tank being inside the cab of a 32 ford pickup how did you fill? Was the seat hinged? Any pictures

The tank on 32,33 and 34 was mounted at back of frame.

I believe the gas tank on a 32 ford pickup is under the drivers side seat.

32 Ford pickup gas tank was under the p***enger side seat. You had to lift up the seat, remove the gas cap and fill.

Yep, under the seat in pickups.
I had a 1933 pickup and was considering moving to a sedan style rear tank or run both tanks as duals.
Maybe somebody has done this already?

Are you full-fendered or high-boy? Saddle tanks can work with fenders.

Saddle tanks can solve the problem but they are a bit fussy. Filling them is a pain as they fill from each side and you don't get to fill them all the way up. I had them in my '29 Roadster.
I put a Tanks tank in the rear. Cut a filler hole in the bed. Worked great.

No saddle tanks for '32's, no place to put them. Model A's, yes, under the splash aprons. No splash apron on a 32.
