i am looking to change my par. Leaf spring front axle to coil overs with a 4-bar set-up.

Quest. 1- am i on the right track?

Chrome moly 4-bar radius rods (1" od 5/8 thread)
    chrome moly heim joints
    double shear mounting points

quest. 2- what is the minimum 4-bar radius rod length?
Is a std.? If so is there a min. ? What does longer vs shorter do for you?

Ques. 3- on vega cross steer i understand keeping the drag link parallel with the tie rod, but is the downward angle from the pitman arm to the steering arm critical? If so what is the max angle?

    1. Matter of preference I suppose. I've seen both ways done successfully.

    3. Yes it is critical for the drag link to be parallel to the ground to prevent bump steer. You can achieve this by heating and bending the pitman arm or you can also mount the steering arm to the top of the spindle if there is too much down angle.
