Hey everyone, its time to start planning, especially if you from out of town, or out of the states. Once again this years "Round Up" is schedule (Saturday Oct. 12th) one week after The Eagle Field Drags, and one week before The California Hot Rod Reunion, so if you plan it right, you can have 3 straight weeks of G***er/Nostalgia bliss. For everyone who has attended the past "Round Up's" you already know that this is a very cool, intimate shindig at the Muro Family Ranch, with tons of cool cars (some well known, and others out for the first time). For those of you that have not been yet, make sure you don't miss this one. Every year has been better than the previous year and what could be better than Hot Rods, mild temperatures of the coastal farming town, street taco's, sasparilla's and all the bench racing/visiting you can stand. Friday nights down town cruise to the old Ford dealership is lots of fun as well, and with the rec ent "funding" for the new racing facility, there will be plenty of celebrating, SO MAKE PLANS, AND WE'LL SEE YOU THERE.
Thanks for the bump toymaker, dragsters are welcome too!, and we always have a little cacklefest of our own.
I'd love to join you guys but I'll feel like I've been drug thru a Knot Hole after our weekend I have heard it is a great show and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
I plan on being there - will be cutting it close returning from Oz. Oct. 11 Friday night cruise and Oct. 12, Sat. show - should be fun as usual!
Here is to wishing I lived closer! Can someone do***ent the get together with pics of the cars. I would love to see the quality that shows up. Jay
I will be attending this years roundup again. Last year was terrific. The week before I will be at Eagle Field where we are honored to be the special guests for the event. Great time for g***ers
Trying really hard to get there but will be coming in from Australia Friday evening. Probably if I make it, it'll be without a car this year...
Wish I could have worked it out to stay a whole week after Eagle Field and take in the G***er Roundup! Sounds like an event well worth attending!
I'm going with my brother, but I won't have the '56, its all apart for some g***er steroids. We're either gonna bring his Willys, or his two lane 55.
If you don't make it out tonight for the cruise in on H street @ the old "Beatty Ford Dealership", get out tomorrow for the cruise in at the Muro Family Ranch!
