Gotta a buddy that I have talked about in the past. He went with me to the Kontinentals "DOD". Now he has already started collecting parts for his 32-34 Gasser pickup.
It is a clone of his dad's old altered.

It will be an injected 327 with a powerglide.
Competition Orange with chrome steelies and a shortened bed.

Now we need a name for the vision.
Help me out...I have faith in you.

"Orange Sunshine" Only works with the Do Da man on the door and the Dead playing in the eight track. On the plus side you would have thousands of fans follow you to tracks all over the country, even camping out to get a great spot by the rail to witness the perfect run. [IMG]

The gasser thing is addicting. I took my father with me to the drags, and he went home and pulled out all the pics of his old gasser. A 48' Anglia with a Hilborn injected big block. He already called a local guy to contract the chassis build. He wants to build another one with my uncle, just as they had done in the 60's. Good to come from it all is that I am sure I would get to drive it!

Naw, it doesn't hafta be Orange anything......
It used to be an old B/altered.
Hilborn injected 327 , that's all I know about it.
I have seen about 20 seconds of old 8mm film that has a quick glimpse of the truck.

It could be also something like "Altered Ego".
    You guys always rock........
