At first glance I thought it was a pre War Austin 8, except for the grille! It looks very much like the Austin 8 I own, except mine is a 4 dr.
Not that it really matters 85 years later but one is a Morris 8 and the other is a Standard Flying 8. Both British ofcourse. The 8 was a H.P. rate for tax purposes. Red is Morris, White is Standard. About 25 years ago i had two of those Standard Flying 8s. Still have a few skinny Flying 8 wheels that i need to cut the centres out and replace with Ford wide-five centres. ( perfect fit ) Biggest visual difference besides the grille is the Flying 8 has a swage line that goes up past the windscreen glass and becomes a sort of roof gutter/bulge..
