Great example of a phenomenon called "pareidolia", which also accounts for us seeing a face in a grainy picture of Mars, demons in a picture of fire, and the Virgin Mary in every other oil stain, taco and cheese sandwich.

Short version: your brain is hard wired to look for familiar patters (especially faces) in random visual noise to help you make sense of the world you see. Sometimes that can trick us. No reason to call the Ghostbusters, just enjoy the awesomeness of how your brain works.
