I have the same problem. Can't reset the password regardless of what I do. There has to be an issue other than me!

IF YOU DIDN'T KEEP FORGETTING YOUR PASSWORD OR IF YOU USED A PASSWORD MANAGER, YOU WOULDN'T BE HAVING THIS ISSUE. WE DO NOT CHANGE USER'S PASSWORD UNLESS ASKED TO - EVER. THE PROBLEM YOU ARE EXPERIENCING HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE FORD BARN AND EVERYTHING TO DO WITH YOUR WORK FLOW. **** I'm not mad at all. I just thought that was funny.
Took me a minute but I finally figured out my problem was me, I kept forgetting my passwords, like Ryan suggested I now use a google password manager, no problems anymore. BTW, I stay signed in on the Ford Barn & The Hamb. HRP
