Or drain all the power steering fluid out. That has the additional effect of giving you that "old skool" hard to steer feeling as you whine around the car show...
You'll have to flip the rear end over (remember to turn it around so's the driveshaft will bolt up) and you'll have to get a special starter and lower radiator hose and then you're good to go. Happy New Year
Those noisy gear drives sound like a 95 F150 at full lock with about an ounce of power steering fluid in the system. They are like putting SS emblems on a 87 Nova.
Best post of the entire thread. So true. I always laugh when guys think that their gear drive sounds like a blower. I think they sound more like a Powerglide with a front pump that's ready to grenade itself.
Dude get a pair of those flathead valve cover look alike deals to go with the fake blower sound. Trick!!
