Gearhead detectives...I.D. please

    I'm sure this will be easy for the super smart folks here on the HAMB. It came in a car with some other parts but it's not for that car. My guess is is early 50's GM maybe Olds. Thanks for the help.

    Wow, that looks like it. That's a trip, this older gentleman that I got the car and parts from was die hard GM all the way. I guess he just picked it up along the way. Thanks for the help...HAMB rules!

    Yeah, with him being the die hard gm guy(read that as nice guy) he was probably following some poor schmuck in an ol chrysler when that fell off. He just stopped to pick it up, so no one would run over it and get a flat or something...
