That thing is like a modern auto version of the Willy Wonka factory. Little doors opening up to magical spaces filled with "candy". Love it!!

jeff, you should see the ba*****t of the house. doors everywhere. some go more than one place, some go nowhere. and a little opening in the foundation under the stairs...to stash, what, bodies? IDK.

i found rolls and rolls of 8mm video tape in the dropped ceiling. and lots of empty beer bottles. what the...?

  5. Haha - well, if size is important (even though the ladies claim it's not), 40x60 is pretty big! Doubt the ol' Hedgehog's got one that big ;)

That's awesome!! The only thing I ever found was three layers of Linoleum stacked on top of each other when a "remodeling" was done.

Wonder what's on those 8mm films???? Snuff films?

i shudder to think, fellas. but i might get a magnifier and a bright light and take a peek.

we found tile on top of linoleum on top of linoleum. and the master bedroom, covered in linoleum and tongue and groove paneling.

    oh, the 70s.

lots of work to get it back to 1948. but we're up for it. i think.

The funny thing about the three sheet of linoleum in my house is that it was built in 89......1989 that is:eek:. Oh the 90's I guess too!!! Definitely the most satisfying work I have done is with my home. Keep at it!!!!

does make you wonder what some people are thinking. now if we talked about the 2nd bedroom turned into a closet for the master bedroom and a u-shaped hallway...

anyway. all that in time. the shop is where my energy is right now. i am stoked to get the last couple truckloads of parts home and the last couple cars, and dig in and get everything set up.

my mom also said that it's time to pack up dad's hot rod mag collection and take it home. i think he probably had a thousand mags...oh boy. now, should i just build the shelving right in the bathroom? or is that too obvious? haha

haha. 5w coming home. next couple weeks. t-bird comes home sunday afternoon for sure. gonna be sunny and 60s. probably the last chance i get to drive it before next year.

i am solely focused on the 3w as a main project. that and some little things on the '54 to get it ready for bonneville next year. and some interior bits in the 'bird that need love. and a clutch in the 'binder.

see, singular focus. no ADD here...:D

don't worry, in a year it will be full and you will be wondering where to fit everything.
