I've tried to source information but came up empty, does anyone know if 6 inches is standard length of the 6v ford generator housing? I'm trying to find the shortest (while still be reliable ford production generator) I'm about a 1 inch to long, for the 6" I have now (carburetor interference) Any help would be appreciated greatly.
I believe they are all the same dimensions even went they went to 12 volts. An offset mount or a shorty PowerGen alternator are in your future.
