Today Hector Arevalo, Stopped by and told me Gerald passed away 1 Dec, he painted Hectors car, among others was a member of Long Beach renegades car club, and still active, the last I seen him he was driving his 48 ford sedan. (Hectors car was featured in mag in 53 some guy from Italy was searching the hamb for info on it) Don't know how many on the hamb knew Gerald. But thought I should post it.

    Sad news Roger.
There is a very nice story on Gerald in "Trend Book 207 Custom Cars 2009 Annual" that is worth checking out.

I always loved that Chevy, since seeing it in the "Spotlight" book on custom grilles in the Little Pages days.
    RIP, Gerald.

This may be a stupid question Roger, but was this the club that ran around San Pedro in the early
60's, and they all drove custom 54 Chevys? Sorry for your loss....
