what the hell does gernade inspector mean? i see alliance member , gernade inspector and newbie.

Grenade Inspector USED to be given out when you hit 100 posts I think.
Nowadays, I think it's reserved for someone who has proven to be an absolute badass at something hot rod related: builder, welder, chassis god, engine whiz, etc. They aren't giving em away for nothing.
