getting BURNED on the HAMB on an outa state deal !

    I think he is probably pretty smart to stay out of this. What would he have to gain? The sale was a private one between him and the buyer but now it has become a public matter. All he wanted to do was sell a car and if the buyer chose to buy it sight unseen that was not the sellers fault. Not standing up for him, just stating the facts as I see them.

    This thread is no different than the reviews you see on line for restaurants, dry cleaners, hotels, etc. The only people who take the time to make a comment are the ones who are not pleased. For all we know the seller in this case could have sold a bunch of stuff to very satisfied buyers in the past, but we won't hear about those.

    I stand by my original statement.........anyone who shells out $ 12 K for a car without seeing it in person is not being very smart and has themselves to blame if they get burned.
