getting new paint tomorrow

Well i dropped off my A today so the guys can start spraying it in the morning. I am going with a flat black, flat green, pearl. It should look really cool most of the time it will look black but in the sun light it will glow a greenish color. I will post pix of it when i get it back. Oh i am also going to add ford blue scallops also.

 

Do I have to wait till the HAMB Drags to see it?? Or are you gonna post a pic?

oh FlamedAbone i forgot to ask what are you running as far as drivetrain goes (engine, trany, axle, gearing)

i am running a 1968 Ford 289cid stroked to 307cid stock 3spd trany 9" rear with 4:11.1 with 33" tires.
i guess i sould of asked before i started talking shit L.O.L &
i guess the looser will be buying the beer.

I'm liking the scallop layout.

 

man i tell you it's a lot harder then it looks laying them out so they will match from L to R. we shoot the blue and then the clear tomorrow. then i start on making inside panals. but it runs and man does it run fast.

 

It runs SCARY fast. Edwin, you owe me some new britches.

Wow! Looks good. Lemme see, last August or early September , just after we got back from HAMB Drags, you posted picture of this body, you were chopping the top & pile of stuff for the frame was there, now 5 months lor less later you got this cool PAINTED hot rod. I'm impressed.
