  2. OK, I'm not so much thinking about the tracking. The rear axle is what makes a car sidewalk down the road. Probably not an issue for you. The front axle can be not square to center line and you wouldn't know it at the wheel. Seeing in the photos the main leaf is leading forward of the second leaf is a sign something still needs some attention. To me it might be long on driver side, wouldn't sware to it. Your correct, shortening all of the 4 bars will bring it back but may not be all you need to do. I'm kind of thinking maybe your frame end mounts may be part of your issue. Wouldn't be the first time I've found that. Once you have a center line and rear axle housing end points you might want to drop a line from your 4 bar mounts and do a diagional from them to rear axle points. Finding all these points and getting the numbers is just a home builder way of getting things square. Any good alignment shop will get it done with a 4 corner alignment.

I was able to take three turns on all four bars and it pulled it back quite a bit...
I am thinking that now with a spring clamp on each side to help keep them in line I will be ok...
To me it was pushed too much before...it had to be putting that spring in one hell of a bind...
I was afraid of fatigue and the spring breaking...that would not be good...

Ok, It drives good now? Take a day trip to a seasoned truck alignment shop, make an appointment with the best technician, and GET-R-Done'
Myself, I would STILL put the end of the four bars, with the screw adjustment at the axle. Before I went for alignment. JMO

then your free to move about the country...
