Screw the flat black, it would just be another bellybutton flat black four door sedan among hundreds of others. Keep the paint if it looks as good as it does in the photos, chrome the bumpers, lower it and put decent wheels and white walls on it and be done.

It's a good looking car now and won't take a lot to be a great looking car.
