The Beginning by Mr.Nobody posted Jan 7, 2018 at 10:51 AM Hey Guys, New on here, but not to the culture. Had a few cars back in the day, but family priorities took precedence over building cars. Recently I was interested in getting another car. I wasn't sure what to get, or what to spend, but I always wanted a hot rod. One of my many jobs I held was that of a tow truck driver, specifically in the business of s**** metal. I worked alongside the owner and we basically drove around neighborhoods looking into everyone's backyards hoping we found an ugly 80 something van to buy for 75 bucks. I found a city that was untouched by the world, and looked to have old cars on every corner, but I was never able to find quite what I was looking for. Recently I was contacted about an old car that was in a storage that no one wanted. I was sent a picture of the car under a bunch of other stuff, and behind a cover. Its hard to tell what it even is, but I was told that I could come and get it....FOR FREE. I couldn't believe that no one wanted this car, but I found out the storage was willed to a son by his mother who was born in 1912. Apparently everything in the storage is junk to the son, so here I am. Above is the only picture I have of the car, but I went to look at it in person and it appears to be a Model A, but because of all the clutter, I'm not able to tell. Can you guys tell by this picture? Let me know and I'll keep posting as I continue down this journey.
