I've been doing the budgeted parts sourcing game the last 6 months or so. Trying to s****e together parts to do an on topic gas altered '23 T. I got lucky and scored a set of wheels and slicks this afternoon. They push the vibe of the build to the edge of being on topic ('66/'67 at least) and maybe a bit over, but it was hard to p*** up a pair of new 31-13 15 MT ET Drag slicks and a pair of new MT ET Drag Wheels for $350. I also picked up up a pair of BBC zoomies for $50. Pretty good day of scrounging.
A bit off-topic?!?! Those are waaaay off-topic! Those wheels are from the very late 90's and $350.00 is really the going rate. Sorry to burst your bubble man, but they are what they are.
Errrrr.... I hate to say this, but those look a lot like some WELD pro Street wheels that were kinda common in the eighties. How wide are they?
