What is with the tuck and roll material on the front wheel-wells of some of these low riders? I always see it, but have no idea why it is there. -Jason
These are just my thoughts,...but most if not all cars that actually had tuck in the wheel wells were basically show-cars and didn't see much on road duty...and they all seem to be done in the 60's?... something I rarely see on ANY cars, cept in books and rags.

They go in with snap fasteners like a Toneau cover on a truck bed. You pull over a block from the diner and snap them in so they don't get dirty... Like the Angora "Mirror Warmers" your GF knits for you to match the fuzzy dice she also knit. All GF's knew how to knit.....A**** other talents
