GM metric caliper question

I am installing the GM metric calipers on my 32 build. I bought the AN fitting to convert it from 10mmx1.5 thread to the AN3 to use stainless hoses. When I install the fitting in the caliper do I still need to use a br*** crush washer like the banjo bolt uses or will it seal without one? Let me know what you guys think or know about this. Its new to me. Thanks
