gmc milk truck

im building a 1950 gmc milk truck has anyone built one or maybe a bus im lookin for door rubber. anyone know where i could find some.

thanks guys i have looked at steel rubbers website but didnt find what im needing maybe they have a universal rubber that will work i need to call them and maybe send a sample here are some pics of it when i got it home

That old girl has had a hard life for sure. Have you tried the big truck parts houses for the door rubber? Usually there is a parts house that caters to semi trucks and the box style delivery van bodied trucks in most larger cities.

 

A nice build thread would be nice, show off your Jag ft end, and custom rear suspensions. And your 302 going in? Need PICS!

 

Check with Mills Supply they have alot of stuff for step vans including rubber

My buddy is building a 54 chevy milk truck just like that for his dad, who's handicapped.
Its lowered alot, and rear doors will lay down so he can drive his wheelchair up ramp.
And it will have hand controls so he can drive it by himself.
