So I have never brought a car out to this show because they were in various stages of disarray, however, this year I want to take the Ford. Shame on me for not looking on the website and it says that cut-off was Jan 15th. I always though the guys outside the Suede Palace just showed up and payed in the morning. I am looking to just go on Saturday with my dad and and old 93 year old hot-rodder. I do not want to get there in the 50 and be turned away though...any advice?

Probably due to number of cars and insurance they have to limit the number of drive in entries. I have friends that were told a week ago that all drive in spots were filled.

I'll bet our weather will keep a few cars from showing up...perhaps there will be some "openings" due to no-shows? :)

It rained last year and scared a lot of cars away. There was plenty of room and people who showed the day of had no trouble getting in.

I've paid for a Saturday drive in entry. If the weather turns out like the long range forecast shows, I won't be taking the roadster out. The weather will probably leave some spaces available Saturday morning.

Gave rodshow a call and the recorded message didnt say it was sold out. If you pre-registered for the drive-in then you receive a goodie bag.
    - "Grand National Roadster Show hosts up to an additional 800 hot rods driven in by roadster enthusiasts from all over."

Cant imagine they can sell out for the drive in.
