Man, I keep looking at this thread thinking the OP would come back with a brilliant revelation, and his engine is running just fine.

Well, I suppose not. It’s been a fun read anyhow.

 

We've progressed way beyond that. We're at Bunny Rabbits, Pancakes with Grits, Mason Jars, Beers, Mystery Novels. Have I missed anything? By the way, what was in that freezer anyway?

patience please he has been busy pulling the past rebuilds apart to see what he did to have one of the fifty possibly run.remember he said he had done 50 but no mention of how many actually started and ran.I am sure he will reply when he finishes reading on how not to end up with a running engine.do not forget he has lost the privilege of communication with the outside world.so will be reporting back through a third party and you probably know how that go.this may last into the next century

I know where Trace lives so I went by his house today. No wonder he hasn't replied. He was in the bed of his pickup truck unloading a chair and someone locked the tailgate so he couldn't get out. He has been in there for days waiting for help. Poor guy. I pretended I was going for help but I went to Mickey D's for a burger instead.
