Not sure of age. Both are marked M-100021 Hall Mark. Pat. App. For Both need the mirror gl*** replace. it is not broken, just has the backing deteriorating. One is very loose on the pivot. See picture 3. Has a screw coming in from the front so maybe it can be cleaned and tightened. See picture 5. Restorable, maybe, usable as is, maybe. $30 plus the ride. PM if interested.
