Like all the others....good luck, safe trip, and train em well there squid! Oh yeah, save up you $$$ and blow it all on car parts when you get back and take leave! Thats what I did/am doing. I just came back from 1 year deployment for the Army, but luckily, I didnt even have to go out of state with Ft. sill being right here.

I will definately be playing it safe in the ports a couple of them they aren't even going to let us leave the bases. I am on the CGC Mellon. I don't know if I will be around for the unfinished nats or not. If I am I will definately try to make it.

Well Eric, I've read three pages of posts from others and not one said anything about your new wife... This is definitely a tough time to be hittin' the high seas! Take care of yourself, I'm sure the new missus has her own support group at home. We'll miss you at the HAMB Chop this year but I take pics for ya. If there's anything I can do for you out of the Navy SATCOM Program Office just drop me a line...we don't have too many systems on CG platforms but you never know. Take care and get back safe!
