I see you were busy today. I stopped by Mrs Bandit's pick up today. It looks even better in person! I noticed a yellow GG's sticker on the headlight too. Hope to see you Saturday. I have to change out a transmission cooler line on my Dodge truck tomorrow,so I may not get as much fun time at this show. My trailer was decorated with transmission oil when I got here. Took awhile to clean that up. Have fix it before I head for home.
I will be heading out early in the morning, to get a good parking spot, close to the gate, I have learned over the years, its wise to get up early and get going. Looks to be good weather too! Sure would be nice to meet a few local HAMBER'S. My friend John Harwood is already down there with his Ford Fairlane, that has the bubble on the hood that many will think its a"THUNDERBOLT", but he will ***ure everyone that asks, NO its a just a FORD FAIRLANE, that looks it could be a THUNDERBOLT! See ya all down there tomorrow! Thanks from Dennis.
Yeah, she won a little something something. We have to be at the show at 7:30 in the morning to move the truck to the winners circle. No late night casino action tonight.
Terrific job B Billy. Mrs.BB is gonna be proud & easy to live for a spell so take advantage. Good job Bandit Billy & thanks for all the hard work on the pics. Us stay @ homes enjoy them.
I have learned through her Truck build that Miss Bandit and I have similar lines of taste. The way she's smiling while looking at this 57 Merc Long Top has me wondering if I can maybe help you keep her smiling like that over another little project. You know, anything I can do help ya keep her happy.
“The party less traveled” doesn’t apply to this place today. It’s packed! A guy I spoke with said his friends car was number 2411 so there’s that many cars minimum.
@Bandit Billy On Goodguys Instagram page they posted a video yesterday of the indoor cars, they do a walk right past your pickup. Link here: https://www.instagram.com/reel/C95QBh3s0EN/?igsh=dW9kNGwwZDYyaWs=
I found your truck, but obviously didn’t find you. Not surprising in that crowd. Probably as many cars as I’ve seen, parked everywhere. The pictures don’t begin to do justice to the quality of the build and your choices. Beautiful job.
After seeing that many painted, upholstered, running, driving, finished vehicles I'd hit the Total Saturation point and give up on any future build I might have in the back of my mind and probably everything I'm currently building.
The funny part about going to that show multiple days in a row is that all the outdoor cars move from day to day, so it's hard to find a car that you want to see again or the cars you haven't yet seen.
We finished the day on the roof top bar. Great vantage as the cars p***ed on their way out or around.
No objection there buddy! Correct, everything is different one day to another which explains if I let a couple duplicates slip by.
From those of us that couldn’t/can’t attend thanks for taking the time to post all theses fantastic pics ‼️
I was there today from 8:00AM till 4:00PM, I will post my photos later on this evening when the Casa Noble' high quality tequila wears off and my eye's can focus! Thanks from Dennis, for all of the great photos so far!
This is the category Char won Period Perfect. Nice compliment for a HAMB build IMO I saw a few fellow HAMB buddies including @axle and @The 39 guy
Cool beans! Thanks for letting me know Last count I heard was 3190 registrations. And thanks for the compliment! When we were walking around char was asking how anyone can award a prize to a car when there are hundreds if not thousands of deserving cars/trucks? It is humbling to be selected out of all these amazing cal vehicles.
